24 hours before your arrival, a wifi code and a secure key box code are communicated to you.

Rules

Please do not move the furniture and put everything back on the day of your departure.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment as there is a smoke detector alarm. You can smoke on your terrace.

All festive events are prohibited.

Pets not allowed.

Please respect the number of people mentioned on the contract.

We take care of washing the sheets and towels, each week clean sheets and towels are provided.

Maintenance fees are systematically applied to any stay, whatever the duration. They do not exempt from tidying up, emptying the garbage cans, collecting sheets and towels and passing a broom. All the rest of the cleaning will be done by us.

On your departure the apartment must be returned in good condition.
