About the Accommodation

Enjoying a peaceful location on the south coast of Martinique in the municipality of Sainte-Luce, just 150 meters from the beach, this semi-detached villa with 4 T3 apartments can accommodate 4 people each, for an idyllic holiday by the sea . Its lounge and deckchairs provide an ideal setting to relax after a day spent at the beach. You can rest there by reading a good book, comfortably seated on the sofa, or watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and a radio are also available. You can whip up delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy around the dining table for 6 or on the furnished terrace. In good weather, you will also enjoy grilling on the barbecue. Each apartment has 2 comfortable air conditioning closed bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. A sofa is also available in the living room for 2 additional people and a baby bed as well as a baby high chair with meal tablet can be provided on request. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. The apartment's beautiful furnished terrace also offers a magnificent view of the garden. For your stay, you will also have air conditioning, a washing machine, mosquito nets, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, two coffee makers (capsules and electric), ironing equipment and tumble dryer.

Please note that linen and towels are provided and included, you have the tourist tax which is 0.22 euros per person per night as well as the end of stay cleaning costs. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and to stay there with pets as well as all festive events.

You can enter the premises with a secure key box. Arrivals are between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

Departure

Departures are made before 10am or a one night supplement will be required for a late departure.

Financial conditions

For any reservation, 30% deposit is required and the balance must be paid 1 month before date of arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The deposit is non-refundable except in the event of death or illness. The deposit check must be given on the day of your arrival and it will be sent to you 24 hours after your departure, unless retained in the event of damage to the premises, furniture, or missing objects. Its amount is 800 euros.

Neighbourhood

Located in the sunny town of Sainte-Luce, this comfortable villa enjoys a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Martinique. In the surrounding area , you will find a pharmacy 2min walk, a medical center, restaurants .... the town is 10 mins walk (local market, fisherman, bakeries, convenience stores, various restaurants, excursions to Saint Lucia ...). You can indulge in many activities, such as diving, hiking (fitness trail right next to the property), horse riding, cycling, fishing and various water sports.

Gros Raisins Beach is 150 meters away from the villa, while the Trois-Îlets Golf Course is 7 km away. A supermarket can be found within 5 km.

In addition to the magnificent beaches it shelters, the island of Martinique abounds in tourist sites not to be missed. You can notably walk through the Montravail forest, which contains pretty engraved rocks, go to the Trois Rivières distillery (3 km from the apartment) to taste the local rum, or even try scuba diving. marine in the waters surrounding the apartment. The most beautiful beaches in the south are 15 minutes by car.
